Q: "I didn’t get my study guide. Can you send it?"
A: After completing your order an email is sent to you with download instructions. You will not receive the files by email, but will be required to visit a special download page to get them. Please make sure any spam filters do not block messages from orders@Green-Study.com; and no-reply@fetchapp.com for proper delivery.

A: Fortunately this is easy for you to fix. Installing a new copy of Adobe Reader on your computer fixes this issue.

Kindle/iPhone/iPod Touch Study Guide HELP!
Q: "How do I get my guide on to my device?"
A: The Kindle/iPhone/iPod Touch version requires an account with Amazon.com for purchase and use. Kindle users can order it online or right from their device. iPhone/iPod Touch users must install the Amazon.com Kindle application [iTunes link]. Once the app is installed you can purchase our guide from the device or any computer and use the app to download it. Please refer to Amazon.com Kindle Support for details.
